1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The size does not fit (Exchange only).

3. Conditions for Refund/Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
